[Mimedefang] Bcc Info

If I Bcc someone, the MUA is injecting as additional rcpt_to but there
is no header with the info.

Would parsing the To and Cc headers and comparing to @Recipients for
what remained tell you what would be a Bcc?

That would also match - in adition to real Bcc's - expansions of
aliases, distribution groups in MS Exchange/Outlook, mailinglists
and things like that.

Yes, although you'd obviously only be seeing those Bcc: recipients in
a domain or domains handled by your server.
